What we'd build, what it hunts, what it costs
Yair, you said it plainly: "what interests us in the end is the quality of the signals." So this is not an email tool. It arms your reps for the call: every account comes with the decision maker, the direct phone, and a verified reason to be calling them right now, the exact moment a Salesforce team is about to need forms, docs, portals, or e-sign. Here is what gets set up, the triggers it hunts, and the number.
01What gets set up
It lands in your Slack, where your reps already work. No new platform, no login, nothing to learn. Each qualified account drops into your channel as one focused card a rep can act on in seconds:
Titan · signals today 9:02
CompanyLifeStance Health · 8,300 staff · scaling Experience Cloud across 32 states
Why this companyHiring a Senior Salesforce Admin for a "newly created agile team" plus a SF Developer building Experience Cloud portals. New build, not maintenance.
Why nowEvery new clinic = intake forms + clinician docs + a HIPAA portal. They are about to hit the custom-Apex wall.
Pitch which featureNo-code Forms + Doc Gen + Experience Cloud portals. The accelerant for exactly what they are building by hand.
Your opener"You are scaling Experience Cloud portals across 32 states. Most healthcare orgs hit a wall when every new intake form or clinician doc needs custom Apex. That is the exact problem Titan removes."
A rep with a free hour opens Slack, takes a card, and picks up the phone with a reason. That is the whole flow. Depth over volume: every card is one real, verified opportunity, not a list to grind through.
02The triggers it hunts
Category 1 · Title + Activity
- 40+ buyer titles, not just admin / dev / architect: VP IT, Director of Salesforce, Head of RevOps, CRM Manager, Solutions Architect, Document Management Specialist, SF Product Owner, No-Code Developer, and more.
- New hire or job change into a Salesforce role (90-day evaluation window = stack being rebuilt).
- LinkedIn posts about launching or needing a Salesforce project.
- Salesforce event attendance (18+ events mapped for 2026) + certification and software-evaluation activity (G2, Trailblazer, r/salesforce).
Category 2 · Use-Case Signal (the goldmine)
- Portal need — companies building customer, partner, or donor portals on Salesforce. Your exact example.
- Document automation need — orgs posting about generating documents from Salesforce data.
- E-signature need — teams looking for native Salesforce e-sign (the DocuSign per-seat pricing opening).
- Forms / survey need, time-bound — GetFeedback Direct sunsets Dec 31 2026, Delighted June 30 2026. Every one of their Salesforce customers is a forced evaluator this year.
- Workflow automation — companies digitizing manual processes on Salesforce.
Category 3 · Champion moves (the warmest)
- The play you have already seen. We watch the Salesforce people at the accounts you flag, and the moment one leaves for a new seat, their new company drops in as a warm lead.
- Why it is the warmest signal: they already ran Salesforce and know a native tool like Titan. They carry the preference into the new org, so it is a relationship walking through a new door.
- Graded and verified: Grade A (ran Salesforce at the company) vs B (a SF pro who passed through). Every name triple-checked against certifications, skills, and headline, real job changes only (promotions excluded), with 6 and 12-month windows.
- Already built and live — this is the champions tracker you have in hand, folded into the same system and delivered the same way.
Every signal traces to a source URL. Every claim verifiable. That is what "quality" means when it is not a marketing word.
03The investment
Build & own
The build
€4,000 / mo × 2
Two months to build the full engine + your daily leads dashboard. At the end of it, you own everything, the system and the code. Month 3 is included free as a stabilization period: I dial it in and train your champion before the keys are fully yours.
Optional, after
€550 / mo
Only if you want me on call to keep things fresh, small tweaks, new signal sources. Never required for the system to run. The engine runs on your own Claude subscription, on your account, so no compute or platform cost flows through me.
The difference: most tools rent you access and keep the engine. We build it into your stack, train your SDR team, and leave you owning the asset on your own account. The moat is yours, not ours.
